Each candidate will be required to comply with the regulations and procedures determined by the Federation as follows:

  1. Candidates must first complete and submit a Statement of Entry Requirements for the Federation to decide whether the Candidate is eligible to register in the Scheme and what level of Award may be undertaken. Copies of relevant certificates should accompany the Statement of Entry Requirements.
  2. On receipt of the Statement of Entry Requirements, the Secretariat will advise the Candidate whether he or she is eligible to attempt the level of Qualification requested.
  3. The Candidate may then submit the Registration Form and four copies of the Project Outline for approval.
  4. The Registration Fee must accompany the Registration Form
  5. Within one month of receipt of the Registration Form, Fee and Project Outline, the Candidate will be advised as to whether the Project Outline has been approved.
  6. Once the Project Outline is approved, the Candidate may proceed with the Project.
  7. The candidate will be advised of the Entry Number and the Project Submission Date which will be four calendar months from the date of approval of the Project Outline.
  8. Four copies of the Project, which must be typed and in English, must be submitted on or before the agreed Project Submission Date. The Candidate’s entry number must appear on the front cover of each submission.

  10. Candidates will be advised of the results of the Assessment within two months of the Project Submission Date
  11. Successful candidates will receive a Certificate or Diploma signed by the President of the Federation and be entitled to use the initials IFPRA (Cert.) or IFPRA (Dip.) after their name, provided that they have the appropriate employment qualification as detailed in the General Information
