Management of the Federation
Management of the Federation is vested in a governing Commission, which is elected by the Members. The Term of Office of a Commissioner is three years.
The Commission is composed of the elected officers (President, President Elect and Past President), the Chair of each Regional Sector and up to three representatives from each member nation.
The day to day business of the Federation is handled by an Executive Committee and the Chief Executive.
Secretariat
The Secretariat of Ifpra is managed by the Chief Executive and is based in the U.K.
The Secretariat administers all Ifpra matters, including the servicing of membership records.
Finance
The Federation is funded principally from membership subscriptions, congress capitation fees, grants, donations and from the investment of the Federation’s assets.
Regional Sectors
The Commission may authorise the establishment of Regional Sectors upon petition by members in the Regions concerned. Current Regional Sectors are: Ifpra Europe and Ifpra Asia/Pacific.
National Sector
The Commission may also authorise the formation of National Sectors within countries.
